Photo retouching – assignment 1 process 3

Do have the paper damaged effect, I found the layer which dark deep background and I use brush tools to draw the crack with less master diameter. 

 

Due to the picture of the dark deep background layer is too small and cannot cover the 'O'pen which wish have a effect like hided inside the hole, so I use the clone stamp tools to make the coverage more bigger (hold ALT + click the area u wish to copy) then draw the picture by inspect symbol + , which is the area will be copy.

To let the alphabet have damaged effect, I apply background eraser tools.

 

I need to paste some photo which related with MMU, before apply it, I will check the balance of tone for that picture.

Window > histogram

If I am not satisfy the color of picture, I do the image adjustment which is Auto color in selection of image (shortcut key- Shift + CRTL + B)

Use the level under adjustment to balance the tone

you can try more manual way which is adjustment > brightness / contrast. I let the contrast higher and brightness less.

Use the dodge tool to bring bring light and shadow into flat images

Image > canvas size (key- ALT + CTRL + C), can make the color line around the picture. you need to adjust width of picture.

After then, I import the entire picture which I have done edit in to the project, and find the suitable place.
